I'm Colette. I work with luxury fashion, food, and lifestyle brands as a creative partner, concepting seasonal moments, directing editorial content, hosting brand experiences, and lending my point of view to campaigns that want to bring a sense of joy and excitement to its audience.

I've spent nearly a decade working at the intersection of food and fashion, while building a deeply considered life. I work with brands who believe the same: that beauty is found among meaningful moments that are designed to bring people together.

In 2017, I founded Cultured Grazing Company — a luxury catering studio that quickly became the stunning, tactile backdrop of brand events across Austin. By 2022, I was executing food and table installations for SXSW panels, Sézane, Apple, Free People, TikTok, Bumble, and more. Each table was designed as an experience: elegant, abundant, and always meant to bring people together in beautiful ways.

In 2023, that work grew into Cultured Creative Studios. We expanded from luxury catering into an entire world-building creative studio, with culinary touches as the backdrop throughout. Now, I work with luxury fashion, food, and lifestyle brands across creative campaigns, brand experiences, and ongoing partnerships. The roster stays small on purpose and every engagement gets the same care that once went into every table.

Alongside the studio, I write Heirloom — a Substack for women who want to live with more intention and beauty. Seasonal recipes, what’s inspiring my style, business & brand reflections, essays on the creative life, and reflections from both ends of the country I call home, Austin, Texas and Montana.
